Maharishi’s Yoga: Yoga and Vedanta (Volume – II)

This second volume of Maharishi’s Yoga is intended to expand on the first, going more deeply into the structure and dynamics of the state of Yoga, which Maharishi spent so many hours discussing. Since Volume II builds upon the content of the first, it is suggested that readers begin with Volume I.

This volume also includes significant material on Vedānta philosophy, as Yoga and Vedanta are closely intertwined. The discussions on Vedānta present us with Maharishi’s revival of the knowledge and experience of the wholeness, totality, which establishes Vedānta as the authentic expression of the supreme awakening of human life. Maharishi’s teaching revitalizes the ancient Vedic perspective through experience and understanding, affording us with not only the genuine understanding of Vedanta but also the practical technologies for unfolding the great, grand totality of life in Brahman Consciousness.
